Al-Fazal Padda Humanitarian International Foundation is small initiative taken by Mr. Mehmood Ahmad Padda (currently living in Australia). Mr. Padda comprehended the problems & challenges faced by the underprivileged people of the small villages in territory of District Narowal (Punjab Pakistan), as he also comes from one of those Village, and intended to Help them in the name of Humanity.
